What we you doing before Kromek?

UK Parts Buyer – Hargreaves Services PLC Mining and construction. I co-ordinate and purchase all parts, equipment and services required to ensure the plant fleet of 1700+ across 50+ sites remained operational. Most notable projects involved in: A14 road widening, HS2, Tower Colliery, Hemerdon Tin and Tungsten mine.

What do you do at Kromek?

Procurement is a business management and support function. It ensures the identification, sourcing, access and management of the external resources that the organisation needs or may need to fulfil strategic objectives. My typical day currently, almost solely revolves around the co-ordination, purchase and expediting of parts and services for our THM furnace expansion, a project to deliver CZT as part of a $58m contract to an OEM The next important step for procurement at Kromek is to bridge the gap between the US and UK and have a set of Group purchasing processes and bring all subsidiaries of Kromek Group PLC under one methodology.

I have two young children and another on the way, my family is my purpose. if you want to know the meaning of life, have children.
