The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator, based in our Head Office, Sedgefield – UK, who will be supporting and coordinating activities within the sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Entering sales orders and handling customer communication during the delivery
  • Assisting customers and representatives in information requests
  • Qualifying further web enquiries from customers
  • Providing quoting assistance to the sales team

Essential skills and experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Interest in international business and high-tech, and eager to learn
  • Proactive team player capable of working also independently
  • Excellent communication skills and customer mindset, can-do attitude
  • Good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy: min. Microsoft Office, CRM&ERP experience a benefit

Desirable skills and experience

  • Previous work experience in related field (e.g. customer service)
  • Technical understanding through studies, work or hobbies
  • Experience from foreign cultures, e.g. through work or student exchange
  • Competency in foreign languages (e.g. Chinese) would be an asset
