  • Experience working with Sage Accounts – Sage 50 (v.25.1)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Reconciliation of purchase orders
  • Raising purchase orders and placing them with a supplier
  • Reconciliation of Group/UK expenses
  • Reconciliation of HSBC Credit Card statements
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Set up of Supplier payments
  • Post
  • Supplier communications and follow-ups
  • Excessive transactional tasks
  • Ad-hoc data analysis work
  • Cost codes/reports – Sage
  • Responsible for all purchase invoices
  • Sales analysis
  • Petty cash flow across the business (working with different currencies
  • Highly organised and competent
  • Calm nature and bright
  • Requires extensive experience within this type of role
  • Manufacturing/development Industry background preferred
