Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality product development.
Product Launch: Coordinate product launches, ensuring effective communication and alignment across marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement.
Product Performance: Track and analyse product metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous product improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives. Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
